You can use this page to order editing services of your choice right away. Or, send an email to editor Nowick Gray with your general or specific enquiry. You are welcome to send a sample document (MS Word format preferred) for a free estimate.
How to Order
- Choose the level of copy editing you need (see details, rates and order links below; rates listed in US$.)
- Determine word count for your document in Word (see Review menu or bottom task bar). Round to the nearest 1000 words (3500 >> 4000).
- Select the payment method you prefer (PayPal, or Credit Card via custom secure order form). You will enter the number of 1000 words (4000 >> 4)
- Send your Word document as an email attachment (to email displayed above). Please include any special instructions or requests.
I will edit your document promptly. My suggested changes will appear in the text, marked with Word’s “Track Changes” Reviewing feature. You can accept these changes all at once or individually. I may also insert a comment with a suggestion where more clarity is needed.

Light / Proofreading
Correct typos, spelling, grammar & punctuation errors; manuscript evaluation and feedback.

Medium / Basic Copy Editing
Improve word choice, sentence structure, clarity, pacing; consistent verb tense and formatting; check footnotes & references.
$25 / 1000 words

Heavy / Advanced Editing and Rewriting
In-depth revisions for organization, readability, and style; developmental or substantive editing; coaching and consultation.
$65 / 1000 words (= $6.50 / 100 words)
